Delivery
UK Orders:
We aim to get your goods to you within 2-4 working days via a third party carrier.
Once the order has been dispatched we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. This delivery method determines the estimated delivery timeframe but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Deliveries may be delayed due to (adverse) weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events. Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation, refunds, or compensation for late delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address information, re-delivery fees may apply.
Overseas:
These will take longer (approx 3 – 10 working days) and will depend on the country. Once despatched we cannot be responsible for delays which are out of our control.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
